This position is ideal for someone who enjoys firsthand work, has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and thrives in a team-oriented environment./ppKey Responsibilities/ppMedia Blasting Duties:/pulliOperate and maintain media blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal parts./liliMaintain sand/media hopper with clean blasting material./liliDocument repairs and maintenance activities./liliTrack inventory and ensure timely ordering of parts./liliKeep work area clean and organized daily./liliFollow timekeeping procedures and lunch break policies./li/ulpCathode Maintenance Duties:/pulliTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair large-area coater systems and supporting infrastructure (vacuum, power, cooling, control)/liliService rotary and planar cathodes used in magnetron-assisted PVD processes./liliPerform preventive maintenance, including extended shifts during scheduled clean-out days./liliSafely use industrial tools and material handling equipment./liliGenerate maintenance reports using basic office software./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals./li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliHigh standards for safety, quality, and professionalism/liliStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude/liliAbility to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, standing, stretching, pulling, pushing)/liliProficient in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)/liliExperience maneuvering heavy parts with or without assistance./liliSkilled in using hand tools and maintaining equipment safely./li/ulpPreferred Attributes/pulliSelf-starter with strong time management and organizational skills./liliAttention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work./liliComfortable working both independently and as part of a team./li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
