OB/GYN Opportunity Iowa | 400K - 450K Base + $180K Recruitment Package
Join an established OB/GYN program at a high-performing critical access hospital serving communities across southwest Iowa. This opportunity combines modern facilities and specialty support with the autonomy and patient relationships of community practice.
Position Highlights
- Join an established team of OB/GYNs and FMOBs
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice with approximately 150 deliveries annually
- Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and infertility care
- Growing regional referral network with expanding outreach
- Recently renovated facilities with LDRP suites
- Remote fetal monitoring and integrated EMR
- 24/7 CRNA support
- Robotics-capable operating room planned
- Opportunity to build a patient panel quickly in a high-demand practice
Schedule & Call
- Collaborative 1:4 call rotation
- Customizable clinic schedule
- Opportunity to build a schedule around your practice preferences
Compensation & Benefits
- 400,000 to 450,000 base salary

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- MD or DO eligible for Iowa medical licensure
