Registered Nurse - Dialysis Clinical Manager

Role Overview: This position is for a Clinical Manager responsible for ensuring quality patient care and clinical operations in a healthcare facility specializing in dialysis treatment for patients with renal disease. Key Responsibilities Manage clinic operations, including staffing, costs, processes, and quality standards. Provide leadership, coaching, and development for staff members. Oversee patient care from admission to discharge, ensuring timely assessments, care plans, and patient education. Maintain medical and operational records, ensure compliance, and manage financial aspects like supplies and P&L reviews. Coordinate with physicians, facilitate physician privileges, and foster strong medical staff relationships. Participate in hiring, training, evaluating staff, and managing scheduling and payroll. Support staff development, ensure licensure and certification compliance, and handle disciplinary actions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; RN license and current state licensure. Minimum 6+ years in healthcare operations, 12+ months in clinical nursing, and 6+ months in dialysis nursing. Preferred: supervisory or project management experience, med/surg or ICU background. Ability to pass Ishihara Color Blind Test and perform physical tasks like patient lifting. Additional Details The role involves interaction with patients, staff, and physicians, with potential travel between facilities.
