Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and business partners. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to support their objectives. Identify opportunities to expand existing business relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project delivery. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions. Support business development initiatives and contribute to organizational growth. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during client engagements.
