The NY office is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who can help us in driving our continued growth and success.RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, implement, and optimize campaigns across social channels. These platforms may include but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Pace, forecast and monitor all budgetsConduct daily optimizations against campaign goalsAnalyze metrics, provide progress reports, suggest new optimizations, promotions and initiatives for all social campaignsCreate and provide detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly campaign reportsConduct targeting and optimization data analysis to drive performancePrepare detailed documents, including strategic plans, competitive analyses, promotional plans and well researched POVsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and holistic digital plansEvaluate the metrics of project success and deliver strong recommendations based on outcomeAnalyze current-state media campaigns and determine areas of improvement, expansion and refinementOnboard, train, and coach junior level associates in the biddable channels technical knowledge, client interactions, and reporting.REQUIREMENTS2.5+ years' experience managing paid social media campaignsMust possess strong knowledge and technical understanding of paid social toolsPrevious experience in successful planning, implementation and management of campaigns (emphasis on Finance or B2B category a plus)Must be comfortable in compiling, analyzing, and conveying data and learnings in verbal and written settingsDeeply digitally-savvy with a passion for the latest news, events, products and trends pertaining to online marketingDeadline driven, detail oriented and flexible enough to adjust to new opportunities as they ariseStay current and forward thinking on new social media tools, platforms and best practicesBS/BA DegreeStrong MS Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent verbal and written skills$70,000-$82,500Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
