If you answered yes to the questions above, then you should know that Congressional Country Club is seeking a Seasonal Stock Room Attendant. This role supports our Purchasing Department during our busy season by helping ensure our food & beverage operations are organized, stocked, and ready to deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

What Will Be Expected Of You:
- Receive, unload, and process deliveries while accurately accounting for incoming inventory
- Organize and maintain the stock room to ensure products are easily accessible and storage areas remain clean and orderly
- Assist with inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits and daily operations
- Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies in inventory
- Follow all health and safety standards within the stock room and club property
- Support multiple departments by helping fulfill operational and event-related needs
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Support administrative purchasing functions, including purchase orders, requisitions, and invoice processing
- Provide flexibility and support during high-volume events and peak operational periods
How We Determine Your Qualifications:
- Previous food service, warehouse, purchasing, or inventory experience preferred
- Private club, hospitality, or restaurant experience is a plus
- Experience with BirchStreet or other procurement/inventory software is a plus
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-focused environment
- Ability to lift and move stock items as needed
