Respiratory Therapist – RRT or CRT Required | Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN All Shifts
Location: Greenfield, IN (Located inside Hancock Regional Hospital)
Compensation: Competitive Market Pay + Shift Differentials

AMG Specialty Hospital is a boutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. As an employee-owned company , our respiratory therapists have a literal stake in our success and enjoy a close-knit, specialized clinical environment over a massive, impersonal health system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and titrate advanced mechanical ventilation and respiratory equipment for high-acuity patients.
- Perform complex respiratory therapy procedures, including ventilator weaning protocols, arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling, and airway management.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, and leadership to design and execute tailored respiratory care plans.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS . RRT or CRT credential by the NBRC.
- Experience: Experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Must be an engaged, self-motivated clinician.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency in verbal and written English.
