Position Description


Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to play a vital role behind the scenes? As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll ensure that our facility's inventory is accurate, well-stocked, and delivered efficiently. You'll be a key part of the operations team, helping staff access the materials and supplies they need to support daily operations and the individuals we serve.


What You'll Do
In this role, you'll receive, check, and organize shipments, verifying that materials match purchase orders and are in good condition. You'll update inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain stock levels for all warehouse and departmental supplies. You'll convey items using hand trucks or moveable bins, place supplies in designated storage areas according to size, type, or location ID, and deliver materials promptly in response to staff requests. Your work ensures that the facility runs efficiently, supplies are always available, and operations remain smooth.


What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience: Two (2) years' experience in a warehouse or stockroom preferred
