Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Youth Care Worker at Joann Bridges Academy in Greenville, FL Our facility is in a small yet thriving community, friendly atmosphere and rich history. Enter as a stranger leave as a friend/family. $19.00/hour– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%) $1000 Sign on Bonus * $500 after 6 Months/ * $500 1 year Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (at 60 days for Hourly employees and 90 days for Salaried) Choice of Supplemental benefits, including Short Term Disability and increased Life Insurance. Eligible for 100% 401k match of up to 6% of your salary after 1 year of employment. Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues. As a Youth Care Worker,, you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You’ll monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan. Must be 21 years or older. High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education or one-year experience working with youth in organized group activities.
