Title: RN – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Monroe, MI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 5x8 (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Operating Room
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced OR RN to support a busy surgical unit running 4–6 ORs daily (80% outpatient / 20% inpatient). The role requires strong clinical skills, teamwork, and the ability to work across multiple surgical specialties.
Requirements:
- Active Michigan RN License (in hand)
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience
- Experience in at least 5 specialties (Ortho, Neuro, Urology, GYN, ENT, General, etc.)
- XI Robotics experience required
- Strong charting and teamwork skills
Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
Schedule & Call:
- 5x8 day shifts
- Call: 2–4 weekday shifts and 1–2 weekends per 6 weeks
- Must be flexible and adhere to strict attendance policies
Facility Details:
- 4–6 ORs daily
- Patient population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
- Equipment: Da Vinci Xi robots, Hana table, Jackson table, Olympus endoscopy, Storz systems
