Treatment plans target medical necessity and may be executed in various settings, such as the CARD center, patient homes, schools, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager and occupy a salaried, exempt, full‑time position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use clinical judgment to promote optimal patient outcomes Develop and maintain individual treatment plans Ensure 100% treatment adherence for all supervision hours each month Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths Analyze challenging behaviors to determine their function Create functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors Observe implementation for program adjustments Monitor treatment integrity and ensure satisfactory protocol application Direct behavior technicians in new or revised protocols Coaching and training of behavioral technicians Provide on‑site support for technicians and model best direct‑observation practices Summarize and analyze data to assess progress and adjust protocols Update treatment plans monthly based on patient response Complete a minimum of 120 billable hours per month (including supervisory and therapy hours) Communicate treatment progress to stakeholders (caregivers, payers) Coordinate care with other professionals Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments Engage caregivers as part of the treatment team via consistent collaboration meetings Maintain collaborative, professional communication with payers (e.g., IEP, peer reviews) Stay current on best practices for ABA treatment to ensure clinical excellence Maintain accurate documentation in skills and medical records Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues Provide a safe, supportive environment for all Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times Partner effectively with center leadership and other supervisors Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Empathetic, compassionate, and confidentiality‑maintaining Team‑oriented with a solution‑focused attitude Ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgment Excellent verbal and written communication Strong time‑management in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and new computer systems or iPad use Desire to continuously learn and develop new skill sets Willingness to work in varied settings (center, home, school, community) Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Valid tuberculosis test and proficiency in English Physical Requirements Work at patient seating arrangements (floor, chairs, etc.) Move frequently to gather materials and respond to patient movement during sessions Anticipate and react to patient behaviors, including bending, kneeling, or blocking Use visual tracking to monitor patient movements Evade or block aggressive behaviors when necessary Possess ability to bear the weight of a patient who may lean or push Teach patients vocal speech and model clear spoken communication Model gross and fine motor skills (climbing, jumping, clapping, etc.) Work in indoor and outdoor settings across various weather conditions Lift up to 30 lbs. while assisting patients Click to access EEOC Workplace Poster.
