Job Summary:
The Advanced Analytics professional will lead data-driven initiatives to enhance guest experience by delivering actionable insights and robust measurement frameworks. This role focuses on leveraging diverse internal data sources, driving experimentation, and influencing strategic and tactical decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and excels in cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced analytics initiatives to improve guest experience and inform strategic direction
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights for product and business roadmaps
• Design, develop, and maintain self-service dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders
• Define and establish data foundation requirements, including logging and metric frameworks
• Drive experimentation strategy including A/B testing and causal inference methodologies
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data Science teams
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Influence senior stakeholders and build internal advocacy through data storytelling
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, and experimentation
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, and measurement frameworks
• Experience in advanced analytics or business data science
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
• Ability to manage complex workflows and competing priorities independently
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Industry Experience:

• Experience in marketplace environments (preferably 2-sided platforms)
• Background in software products, product analytics, or business strategy analytics
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
• Exposure to guest/customer experience analytics is a plus
