A local church is seeking an Assistant Pastor of Youth and Young Adults to oversee youth ministries and integrate junior and senior high students into the church community. The successful candidate will have a passion for discipleship, mentoring youth, and guiding them in their faith journey. Responsibilities include preaching, leading youth groups, and connecting deeply with families. Ideal candidates will be well-organized, energetic, and a mature Christian qualified for ordination.
