Dance Team Coach

We’re looking for a passionate Dance Team Coach to inspire and guide our competitive dancers to reach their full potential both on and off the stage. What You’ll Do: Lead weekly team practices (twice per week for Tiny, Mini, Youth and Junior teams; three times per week for Seniors) Oversee conditioning and warm-ups within team practices Clean and refine choreography in pom, hip hop, jazz and/or contemporary/lyrical styles Opportunity to choreograph and coach solos, duets, and small groups for competition Attend competitions and events with your teams, providing guidance, encouragement, and technical coaching Collaborate with other coaches and studio leadership to develop a cohesive, high-quality program Implement age‑appropriate life lessons through dance while fostering a supportive, motivating environment Participate in USASF‑specific training to ensure compliance and maintain program standards This position has the potential of being either FULL‑TIME or PART‑TIME , depending on your availability and our scheduling needs.
