Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in the Acute Burn Unit, utilizing advanced nursing skills within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice, prioritize patient wellness, and contribute to safety and quality care. Model proficiency through precepting new staff and support evidence-based practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Care includes specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity. Qualifications & Skills Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges Minimum of 1 year nursing experience BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross with in-hand card Key Duties Provide patient-centered care, collaborate with teams, promote safety, and support professional development.
