Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is the clinician-led medical group that provides care exclusively for Kaiser Permanente members in Washington state. With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty group practices in the Pacific Northwest. Position Overview Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.8 FTE fellowship trained Retina Ophthalmologist to join our Capitol Hill Medical Center team in Seattle, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration. Our ophthalmologists provide comprehensive consultative and surgical services for a variety of eye diseases and problems including cataracts, age-related macular degeneration, eye muscle problems, glaucoma, and other serious eye disorders. Our award‑winning team of board‑certified ophthalmologists includes fellowship‑trained subspecialists in pediatric ophthalmology, glaucoma, corneal disease, retina, oculoplastic and orbital disease. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $584,685 to $687,865 salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience. Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals. Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility, WPMG contributes a percent of your base salary to your 401(k), with optional employee contributions and immediate 100% vesting. Cash Balance Pension Plan: Provides an additional opportunity for pre‑tax retirement savings. Shareholder Track Program: Defined pathway to WPMG shareholder status within a clinician‑owned, clinician‑led organization.
