Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine physician to become part of our rural healthcare team in Rensselaer, Indiana. The physician will collaborate effectively to ensure the delivery of top-notch patient care.

• Flexible full-time schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts

• Average outpatient volume of 20-22 patients daily

• On-call responsibilities

• Telehealth services available

• Common Diagnoses Include:

  • Wellness visits for children and adults

  • Back pain management

  • Endocrinology concerns

  • Hypertension treatment

  • Heart failure management

• Doctorate degree required

• Physician License (DR) required upon hire

• Board Certification in the relevant specialty (or eligibility) required upon hire

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire

Minimal travel required.
