We're seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (CNP, FNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in providing top-notch care to patients in a post-acute care facility in beautiful Show Low, AZ. As a key part of our healthcare team, you'll:

• Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up.

Requirements
