LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas. Pay Range LPN: $28-$33/hr RN: $30-$35/hr Job Duties We provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care and would like RN and LPN to work full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, weekends). Job duties include but are not limited to: Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
