Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care to our memory care residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Engage with residents in activities and conversations to stimulate their minds and combat loneliness
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

Requirements:

• Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA) with a current certification
