Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct clinical care for assigned patients.

- Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care.

- Ensure high-quality and safe nursing care, supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer.

- Manage clinical staff competency and resource allocation related to patient care.
