Job Description Summary Perform a variety of tasks in the assembly process of the blade. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Follow the work instructions. wear the appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety instructions regarding chemical usage. Install tip and multi-receptors. Then diverter strips using sika Apply zip ties to lightning cable according to work instructions to attach it to the web. Install Root flange on blade. Using crane to install and then operate the root grinder. Place a U-shape bulkhead into the blade and glue it. Use of hand tools/scraper to apply sika around root flange Install Stay bolts Use crane to weigh and balance the blade. Maintain 5s Standards. Required Qualifications Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs. Ability to push/pull heavy objects and work with hands for an extended period. Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors. Knowledge of the department area. Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Requires wearing of respirator. . Desired Characteristics High School Diploma/GED or related experience. Previous Manufacturing experience.
