Job Overview Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care program. Enjoy a small patient panel, longer appointments of 20–60 minutes, and a non‑production‑based compensation package. Location Bryan, OH. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult and pediatric patients in a capitated‑fee environment. Manage a patient panel limited to 800–1,000 patients with appointments ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. Collaborate with at least two advanced practice providers to provide interdisciplinary teamwork. Participate in regular provider meetings (journal clubs, grand rounds) for ongoing learning and development. Provider Experience Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size). More time with patients: appointments range from 20 to 60 minutes. Fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited medical school and completed residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with Pediatrics. Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify; active state license required; DEA preferred. CPR/BLS certification required at start date. Pay Range $230,000 – $280,000 per year (actual offer may vary based on location and experience). Eligible for an annual incentive.
