Role Overview

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners in assigned territories to educate them about fiber optic internet services and help them choose the best solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering value through genuine customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage potential customers through face-to-face interactions

• Educate homeowners on the benefits and features of fiber optic internet services

• Present service packages clearly and professionally to meet customer needs

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• Maintain accurate customer records, appointments, and follow-ups

• Build strong relationships within local communities and provide exceptional customer service

• Represent Motion Marketing with professionalism, integrity, and positivity at all times

• Collaborate with team leaders and mentors to continuously improve sales performance

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently

• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Sales experience is preferred but not required — we provide comprehensive training

• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-based earnings with $80,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential
