Position Summary Links, An American Grill at The Sea Pines Resort is seeking a polished and guest-focused Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and professional breakfast service, creating a refined and welcoming dining experience in an upscale, golf-course-adjacent setting. The Breakfast Server plays an important role in setting the tone for the guest's day while upholding service standards aligned with Forbes Travel Guide expectations. Candidate must have valid U.S. work authorization

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
• Provide courteous, polished, and personalized breakfast service
• Present menus, answer questions, and offer knowledgeable recommendations
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the POS system
• Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
• Maintain table presentation through efficient pre-bussing, clearing, and resetting
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and with discretion
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Uphold The Sea Pines Resort standards of service, appearance, and professionalism
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred; resort or upscale dining experience a plus
• Strong guest-service mindset and attention to detail
• Knowledge of breakfast service, coffee programs, and POS systems preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization
