Take the next step in property management as an Assistant Property Manager in Santa Maria!

We're seeking an organized, motivated Assistant Property Manager for an apartment community. You'll be the right hand to the Property Manager and a key part of keeping the community running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:
• Support daily operations alongside the Property Manager
• Manage rent collection, post payments, and monitor delinquencies
• Prepare and serve notices and assist with lease renewals
• Build positive resident relationships and resolve concerns professionally
• Help supervise and support on-site leasing and maintenance staff
• Maintain accurate resident files and reporting
• Use property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata) daily

What we're looking for:
• 1-2 years in leasing, assistant management, or property management
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A customer-service mindset and steady, professional presence
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing guidelines
• CAM, ARM, or Fair Housing certification a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday. 8a-5p
Pay: 25/HR, paid weekly
