Are you looking for a SWEET career? Crumbl is looking to hire an Assistant Store Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Successfully managing all aspects of store business operations.

• Ensuring the 3 C's of Crumbl are met: Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness

• Ensuring we never run out of cookies; cookies are dressed and prepared properly, and that every customer leaves the store with a big smile!

• Assisting with ordering ingredients and other supplies for the store.

• Assisting store manager in maintaining and creating weekly schedule.

• Maintaining Crumbl knowledge of all store positions and filling in as needed

• Assisting store manager with hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities

• Helping to resolve conflicts and/or complaints from customers and employees

• Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed

• Analyzing information and processing and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies

• Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives

• Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive

• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures

• Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong Understanding of Business
• High School Diploma
• Flexible schedule
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Problem solving skills

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
