Logistics Automation Program Manager

Compensation Salary: $101,000.00 - $139,000.00 Location: Santa Clara, CA Key Responsibilities Own programs and participate in global logistics automation strategy roadmap rollout for a business unit, act as a liaison between logistics operations, IT, and other support functions. Lead teams and direct deployment of cross‑functional (scope, time, budget) logistics 4.0 programs in the area of warehousing automation. Hand‑off released digital solutions to the warehousing operations team and participate in knowledge transfer and user training with 3PL. Monitor the programs from initiation through delivery; review status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Communicate with stakeholders and obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure the digital solutions will solve the business problems. Track all program savings and report to senior management and finance team. Ensure compliance and conformance to operations quality and safety standards. Work and implement other programs on an ad‑hoc basis as required by business and operations needs. Skill Requirements Master’s degree in industrial engineering, operations research, logistics, supply chain, or a related field. Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience managing logistics 4.0/automation program implementations, totaling 10+ years of experience. Experience in logistics 4.0 / AMR robotics / VLMs / Control Towers / AI applied in logistics and warehousing environments (Semiconductor and/or logistics 3PL experience preferred). Strong problem‑solving skills, proactive and strategic approach. Proven experience in managing stakeholders’ relationships and expectations, team leadership skills. Knowledge of program management techniques, budget, and resource planning. Good communicator – comfortable in presenting to all levels within the business. Willingness and flexibility to travel (up to 25%). Functional Knowledge Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Business Expertise Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
