Townsend Recovery Center is looking to hire a Clinical Director! What You’ll Do Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery‑oriented atmosphere Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary What We’re Looking For Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred 5 years’ supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years’ experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients Current licensure necessary to practice as clinical director in Louisiana (PsyD, LCSW, LAC, LMFT, LPC etc.) Townsend Recovery Detox and Drug Rehab Center is a residential facility offering drug and alcohol medical stabilization and inpatient rehabilitation services.
