Key Responsibilities

Perform general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and bank account reviews
Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely, accurate financials
Prepare daily cash flow reporting and help maintain strong internal controls
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements
Take ownership of ad hoc analyses and special projects with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience
Open to high-performing Staff Accountants ready to step into a Senior role
Experience with multi-site or multi-system environments is a plus
