Concierge Services Associate

The Concierge Services team acts as our ambassadors for the Union League and the city of Philadelphia. This position aligns well with someone who expresses maturity, strives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience in providing superior customer service. The ideal candidate must retain a calm demeanor while working well under pressure, handling requests from members and guests with clear and concise communication skills.

Provides superior guest service and member experience through multiple channels including phone, email, in-person interactions, and the Union League mobile app chat feature.

Extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the Union League and all companion amenities.

Handles all member and guest requests to include transportation, tickets, flowers, courier services, dining reservations, tee times, tours of the city, etc.

Maintains a high daily standard of upkeep and organization of the Business Centers to ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for members.

Helps maintain accurate and up-to-date member information by updating member databases as needed.

Makes dining and Member Event reservations for members and their guests, and ensures all special requests are communicated to the appropriate personnel.

Sends Letters of Introduction to reciprocal clubs and has a basic understanding of the clubs.

Works closely with the golf clubs to provide golf information as needed to members and staff.

Delivers high-quality guest service, listens to members' requests, and works to find the appropriate solutions.

Stays proactive in offering plus-one solutions for members at all times. Understands no task is too small to enhance a member or guest's experience.

Assists members with the purchase and coordination of gift certificates as part of fulfilling special member requests.

Owns tasks and follows up as necessary to ensure member and guest expectations are met.

Professional in manner and appearance

Proficient with Microsoft365

Self-motivated and self-starter

Knowledgeable of Philadelphia and local vicinity

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Knowledge of local sports teams

Monday Friday

10:00am 6:00pm
