Job Description: Join the therapy team at Columbia Crest Center in Moses Lake, WA! We are urgently seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist for a critical travel need. In this unique role, you will split your time and support patients between Columbia Crest Center and our nearby sister facility, Lake Ridge.

Contract Details:

• Target Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Location Setting: Split facility role (Columbia Crest Center & Lake Ridge)

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in a similar setting is required.
• Licensure: Active Washington state Physical Therapist License.
• Flexibility: Must be adaptable and comfortable commuting between two local facilities to meet patient needs.
