Responsibilities include cleaning residents' apartments and common areas. You would also ensure a smile is added to everyone's day!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Clean the office, restrooms, and other common areas on a daily basis
• Clean and maintain models and/or target units on a daily basis
• Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager
• Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless
• Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily
• Perform additional duties requested by the Manager or Assistant Manager
• Inform management of supply needs on a weekly basis
• Required to handle cleaning chemicals

Requirements:

• Customer service experience.
• 3 months prior housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred.
• Passion and drive for helping others.

Salary: Depends On Experience
