Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Implement and progress patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Deliver hands-on therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and patient education
Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate effectively with the care team
Assist with orthopedic, sports, post-op, geriatric, and general rehabilitation cases
Promote patient independence and long-term wellness through customized home exercise programs
Maintain clinic standards for safety, compliance, and exceptional patient experience
Participate in team collaboration, community events, and continuous learning opportunities

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active (or eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant license in Arizona
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Passion for helping patients achieve their mobility and recovery goals
Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth
