Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) in a facility setting. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring functional recovery to facilitate return to community activities. Job Details: Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Start date is 09/21/2026 and end date is 12/21/2026. Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1-2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; Location requirements may apply. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with dry needling is preferred but not mandatory. Additional Information: Responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations, documentation, and participation in student mentoring programs. Must maintain professional licensure in good standing and adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies.
