Life Insurance covered 100% by 4K Housing.Full-time employees receive 2 weeks paid vacation for the first 4 years, then it bumps up to 3 weeks.Benefit from exclusive discounts on auto home and pet insurance.Perks @ Work offers discounts on electronics, personal travel, apparel, home needs, entertainment, fitness/nutrition, and childcare costs!Access our Employee Assistance Program for confidential counseling on family, work, legal, identity theft recovery, mental health, and everyday life!$300 per FT referralAdvancement & cross-training opportunities available at all 8 communities.Plan for your future with our 401(k)-retirement savings plan and matching contributions.Paid training programShifts:6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.5 on 2 off rotationWeekends & holiday shifts on rotationResponsibilities:Load, run and unload dish machine.Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.Keep the dish room clean and organized.Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.Clean food preparation and production areas as required.Requirements:Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.Must be or become within 60 days an accredited food handler per State guidelines.High School Diploma or GED preferredBe able to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for long periods of time.Great customer service attitudeAbility to interact well with staff, residents, and guestsAbility to follow written and oral instructions.Able to work independently or work with others in the completion of assigned tasks.Ability to speak, read & write English.Must be willing to undergo a routine background check.4-K Housing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
