- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of inventory (including waste, damage, and discrepancies) and communicate inventory turns monthly to leadership and team members.
- Coordinate with suppliers for level loading of incoming freight and manage item returns. Observe and report on storage and receiving accuracy, investigating and resolving supplier-related discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to ensure material availability and alignment with production demand.
- Ensure compliance with Eagle Analytical’s Quality Management System (including good documentation practices, accurate recordkeeping, and adherence to training requirements) and all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Support departmental goals and contribute to additional projects as assigned.
Who You Are

- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite; experience with cycle counting and root cause analysis required.
Physical Requirements
