Back of House Team Member

Overview In the Kitchen Team Member role, you will work directly for an independent owner and gain experience in food preparation, kitchen safety, and customer service. No prior experience is required. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently to Chick‑fil‑A standards. Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy at all times. Stay up to date with current promotions and new product offerings. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Supervisor. Complete training programs to maintain personal knowledge. Adhere to all Chick‑fil‑A company policies and procedures. Requirements Must be over 18 years old. Maximum of 30 hours per week or more; availability for shift scheduling. Compensation Starting wage up to $21 per hour for persons 18 years and older with at least 30 hours of availability. Benefits Flexible hours to accommodate family, school, or other commitments.
