Social Worker

Overview Full Time Cambridge, OH, US Department: Clinical Direct Report To: Director of Clinical Services Shift Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Responsibilities The Social Worker will provide individual and group trauma-informed therapy to a select caseload of male and female patients suffering from a variety of behavioral health disorders. Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Social Worker/Therapist will be responsible for completing assessments, care plan management, patient education, and documentation. Qualifications Master’s Degree and Current Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LISW) 2 years prior experience in Behavioral Health setting with acute psychiatric hospital setting preferred. Not required An ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and utilize effective communication skills, including both telephone and in-person. Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients and demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide patient-driven customer service, and exercise time management skills. Schedule flexibility, holiday, and weekend rotation are REQUIRED. Must hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
