Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst - Home Health & Home Care

Addus Family company is seeking a Bilingual QA Specialist to support quality and compliance across our home and community-based services. In this role, you will review clinical and service documentation, monitor adherence to policies and payer requirements, and conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) audits and call reviews. You will track quality metrics, document findings, and partner with operations, clinical, and caregiver teams to implement corrective actions. This position helps ensure safe, high-quality care for elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients in their homes while upholding our mission-driven, patient-focused culture.
