Position Details Location: Loves Park, IL (Rockford Area) Employment Type: Full-Time Associate or Independent Contractor Patient Population: Musculoskeletal, Auto Injury, and Wellness Care Schedule: Flexible scheduling Compensation: $60K-85K Competitive compensation based on experience Start Date: ASAP Why Join This Practice? Established practice with 18+ years in the community Immediate access to an active patient base Full administrative, billing, and marketing support On-site massage therapists and rehabilitation staff Collaborative team environment including chiropractic, rehabilitation, and wellness professionals Mentorship available for new graduates Opportunity to grow within an expanding wellness center Responsibilities Perform chiropractic consultations, examinations, and treatment planning Deliver chiropractic adjustments using diversified techniques and drop tables Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, auto injuries, and wellness-related concerns Educate patients on treatment plans, maintenance care, and injury prevention Coordinate care with rehabilitation staff, massage therapists, and other providers Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Provide rehabilitation and massage therapy orders as appropriate Build strong patient relationships and support long-term retention Qualifications Required Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program New graduates are encouraged to apply. Current Illinois Chiropractic License in good standing Current professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain) Ability to become credentialed with major insurance carriers Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills Preferred Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and auto injury cases Knowledge of rehabilitation, nutrition, supplements, or acupuncture Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting New graduates are encouraged to apply.
