Available Shift(s): 2 nd Starting Wage Range: $23.33/hr, with increases to job‑specific rate after 90 days probation up to $25.65/hr Additional Incentives: Shift Differentials ($0.55/hr for 2nd shift) + Weekly Pay Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) available IMMEDIATELY Company Paid Life Insurance Company Paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Paid Lunches and Breaks 401(k) with Company Contributions (up to 5%) 11 Paid Holidays and Vacation WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR Reimbursements for Boots & RX Safety Glasses Employee Referral Program Referral Program: $1250 per hourly employee Tuition Reimbursement Primary duties include: Safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes that include stacking product, conducting quality checks, material set‑up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company. What you need to succeed: Ability to operate various machines/equipment safely and follow specific directions Maintaining a clean work environment Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, life, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hrs a day. Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis. Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload. Other duties as assigned Manufacturing experience (preferred) however not required - full training provided.
