Finance Manager - Coinvest

Key Responsibilities Manage the accounting and operations of various Coinvest partnerships. Take the lead on non‑accounting functional areas and processes. Participate in team planning and development. Oversee and review annual tax books for partnerships, coordinating with internal and external tax advisors. Review operations and administrative activity of the partnerships, including cash management, capital calls, cash and stock distributions, quarterly custody procedures, monthly cash reconciliations, compliance reporting, tax withholding analysis, and valuations. Perform or oversee analysis and documentation of partnership‑level and portfolio activity such as sale transactions, new investments, partner allocations, and deal structures. Interact with investors and internal departments within the co‑invest program, including onboarding investors, addressing policy matters, overseeing investor reporting, and responding to ad‑hoc inquiries. Collaborate with various levels across the Coinvest team, the firm, and third parties on projects and ad‑hoc requests. Partner with other managers to drive initiatives, create efficiencies, and mentor junior team members. General Qualifications 6-8 years of accounting experience in the financial services industry with a solid understanding of investments and partnerships. Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects with high attention to detail. Creative problem‑solving ability and sound judgment – ability to use own initiative and take responsibility for decisions. Team‑oriented and professional, with strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact with all levels. Entrepreneurial self‑starter, able to operate with limited supervision. Experience managing direct reports. Understanding and enjoyment of the demands of a service environment. Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Desired Background/Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA and/or Master’s Degree preferred. Compensation Expected Annual Base Salary: $125,000 – $145,000. Base salary will be determined by a variety of factors including role, function, level, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual impact, team, and firm performance.
