Job Description FQHC outpatient clinic has exciting openings for a PMHNP interested in working with the underserved population in a fast paced outpatient clinic setting. Group provides behavioral health services for patients of all ages, from seniors and adults to adolescents and children typically age 5 and up. We employ a range of behavioral health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners and psychotherapists. Behavioral health appointments can be virtual or in person.

- Supervised by director that is not on site. Goal is eventually add a Psychiatrist to this location.
- Pediatric location so seeing a lot of pediatric patients.
- Currently 3 on site therapists.
- Mon-Fri 8-5 with the exception of Tuesdays which is 11-7.
- 1+ years experience as a PMHNP required
- Salary range of $119K - $187K depending on patients seen per day (7-16 for this range), with average seeing 14-16 patients per day

- All employees start with 15 days of vacation per year, which increases in increments with tenure. We also provide 3 days of personal leave, 6 days of sick leave, and 7 days of holiday leave per year
- There is also an annual stipend and 3 paid days off for continuing education.
- Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization, once an established provider.
- Eligible for student loan repayment through external federal and state Loan Repayment Programs
- The organization serves the primary and behavioral health care needs of all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay and annually, provides more than 355,000 visits to 94,000 unique patients.
