Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Midlevel or Senior Associate with over four years of experience to join their Charlotte, NC office. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel throughout the business life cycle to a diverse clientele, including publicly traded and privately held companies, investors, and family trusts. Experience with public or private company deals or financings is preferred. Duties Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients across various industries. Manage corporate transactions and financings for public and private entities. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional service. Develop and maintain client relationships. Requirements Minimum of four years of corporate experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in drafting and negotiation. Education J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Valid authorization to work in the U.S. Skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Adaptability to evolving firm needs and practices.
