Intern Procurement and Contracts - Winter/Spring 2026

What You’ll Do Prepare reports and track/ evaluate procurement and grant results. Coordinate program developments, manage routine office tasks (phone, messaging, copies, document editing). Participate in meetings and interface with various project teams. Assist management in data analysis and support special projects. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You’ll Need High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to business administration, administrative management, public administration, legal studies, supply chain, or a related field. What We Prefer Enrollment in an Associate Program in Business Administration, Administrative Management, Public Administration, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related programs. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to prioritize work and multi‑task effectively. Pay Range $19.12 – $35.85 per hour (approximate, based on qualifications and location).
