This 36-bed unit cares for a diverse medical population, providing advanced nursing care to patients with complex needs in a collaborative and supportive setting. Nurses deliver high-quality, focused care while utilizing advanced modalities such as respiratory support, including BiPAP and CPAP, and managing cardiac and insulin drips for medically complex patients. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
