House Cleaner/ Home Service Professional

Full-time. No nights. Rare weekends. Rare holidays. A compensation plan that gives you an opportunity to maximize your income.

Our guaranteed minimum is $15.00 per hour paid weekly, after training. Our training pay is $14.00 per hour for the first 5-6 days of training. If you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car and demonstrate leadership skills, YOU COULD EARN $17 to $24 PER HOUR!

Benefits & Pay

The guaranteed minimum pay for this job is $15 per hour. Your quality of work and your speed as a professional house cleaner will give you an opportunity to improve this rate. Direct deposit is available into a valid checking or savings account.

• Earn paid time off of up to 6 days per year after your first year of service.
• After 3 years of service, earn up to 10 days per year of paid time off.

No Experience Required! We'll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process. You'll delight customers with our simple system, so they keep coming back.

Here's what you will be responsible for:

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you'll delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Make customers feel like you care about their home and you'll win here.

If you become a Team Leader (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team's schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Manage the Day - You will be responsible for the quality of the work inside the homes and managing your partners.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5pm and sometimes past 6pm.
• Must be able to communicate with clients.
