We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide direct, outpatient care under the supervision of our licensed Physical Therapists. In this role, you will implement customized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and document progress as they work toward their functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment plans.
• Guide patients through exercises, gait training, balance activities, and pain management techniques.
• Accurately monitor, track, and document patient progress after each session.
• Maintain open, proactive communication with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status.
• Ensure full compliance with clinic policies, professional standards, and payer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mentality.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
