About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Student Services to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for a diverse and visible portfolio within the Division of Student Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the division's vision and strategic priorities, connecting institutional strategy with the work of student affairs, and ensuring that the portfolio's programs and services align with the division's long-term vision. This role involves overseeing various units, including housing and dining, student centers, and student media, and requires a strong focus on financial stewardship, operational integrity, and continuous improvement. The AVP will also be expected to lead a dynamic team, foster a culture of collaboration, and serve as a primary liaison to external service providers. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President for Student Services position at the company should hold a master's degree in a related field and have a minimum of ten years' professional experience.
